So, I've got three master badges (well, 2 until the respec thing is worked out), and I've yet to received a single medal. So far I've done Smuggler's Alliance (rebel), CorSec (imperial), and RSF (imperial). Last night, I finished RSF with another pilot. He received the correct medal, and I did not.

Is this a faction thing? I'm a civilian on the ground, is this why I'm not getting medals? My support tickets have all been closed with either "sorry, devs are working on it" or "working as intended."

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Hm. Seems lots of people are having the same issue. Oh well, file this as another bug.

Anyone on Valcyn able to get multiple medals want to grab one for me?

I haven't recieved any medals for any of the squadrons I've done post-CU, even after talking to the respective quest giver multiple times. I've tacked that request onto two tickets I've done recently, both said that since they (the CSRs) can't verify that I didn't get the medal, they can't reimburse me.

While irritating and stupid, it's not as bad as some bugs I guess. Chalk it up to more of the goodness that came with RotW.

We are supposed to get medals when we Ace a squadron? Is this something new since last December? I have to admit I do not have any medal other than my Imperial Medallion that I got at the Emperor's Retreat many moons ago.

I got my medal for mastering Imperial Inquisition last week.

I think I should point out though, that all of those Squadrons you mentioned are freelance. Are you sure you even get medals for those? I know Rebel gives Rebel medal and Imp gives Imp medal so...

In theory, yes, even the Freelancers get one.Goingback to the quest giver that gave the corvette mission is *supposed* to be the trick. LIke many others, I did that. I got the flavor text about how he's been authorized to give me a medel, yada yada yada....here you go. No medal recieved though in inventory. Submitted a ticket. Response: Known issue, so sorry, buh by.
