Thread: Tier 4 grind
I'm an alliance pilot, 4333, and i fly an x-wing (i got the 4xxx box for a PvP a-wing) and i would like to know a good place to grind, i've been doing the evil raiders a lot lately, but they dont give much xp, but do drop a lot, where do you think i should grind. i'm not very comfortbale with t4's

At 3333 you should be able to mount everything in your ship to head to survive in Kessel. I recommend putting together an all-crafted X-wing and hunting there. Don't have to worry about decaying your good gear with an all crafted ship when bad things happen.
If you're having trouble with tier 4's, I'd recommend looking over your components, making sure you're using droid commands and then do more destroy duty missions till you have the hang of tier 4's.
.. but it's gonna take you a while to grind out your tier 4 boxes taking on only tier 3's and lower.
What I'd recomend is to get another ship and outfit it for PvE, you're going to need the practice too, because you have to take out tier 5's as part of the missions to master.
Find some friends with a Nova, and go whack stuff in deep space from one of the turrets. All T5, and lots of targets....well, at least lots of targets for us imperials. I don't know how good it is for you Rebel Scum(tm).

i did black sun duties to grind it out, with the box mish and 1 duty i was filling up one complete box
I did Blacksun duties from the Tier-4 trainer in Lok. I got luck and got a helmet to show for the grind.
I pretty muchstayed inan x-wing all the way to Ace.
