This is a known issue, and the developing team is working on it. (Damn, I should have been a CSR)

Anyways, a CSR can move your ship to another starport. I got my ship stuck at Labour outpost on Yavin, and I submitted a ticket, asking for them to move my ship (category: I'm stuck, sub: permorming an action), and voila, a few hours later, CSR-JulieM had moved my ship to coronet. Just remember to be polite, when writing your ticket. The CSR have thousands of requests every day, so if they don't reply immedeatly, be patient and go out and play

I could have been a csr.. i think they are using macros most of the time


As for the live chat, they are using some macros, i can tell you this(used it too much)
