Thread: What triggers the weapon stats rounding?

I am a Master Shipwright and I usually play with rounding to get the most of my experimentation points. I know I cannot get a Refire of 0.245 (fastest I get is 0.246, that will get rounded to 0.250), so I don't worry and set for a refire of 0.254 that will get rounded to 0.250 too.

But what I don't know is WHEN is it rounded. WHAT triggers the rounding?

I'd like to know.
