I have a couple of the older ones, where Lvl1's had 12.X and Lvl10's have 40X, I know they fixed it to be the opposite, but my old one doesn't seem to work as fast as it used to, did they fix the old lvl1's bugged, so I have to go buy a new one or is the 70second time on reactor overloadIV a normal amount.

The 70-second timer on overload 4s is standard with a droid command speed around 14-15. Seems like there's a x5 seconds delay on these. Actually, I think there's a x5 delay on all non-Capacitor Overload commands, which strikes me as a bug; if you check out the CO delays, they seem to be x1 for CO1, x2 for CO2, etc. Would be nice to have that fixed one of these days.

What does the delayreally do for us.. it just holds us up at the station before we can get out into combat..does the shield shunt command really reuse any faster with a 10 delay DI than with a 30 delay??? if no then the command speed really doesnt seem to do crap but make us all wait and push the key every min or so
