Be happy you have the zone all to yourself. PvP dogfights last mere seconds andcan set your faction farming back a bit. PvP can easaly force you to leave the zone for repairs even if you win the fight.
But if you realy want to be disrupted come on over to Bria, There are plenty of us playing king of hill throughout the day every day.

That depends on what faction you are and what time of day you play
I usually run an overt patrol at least once every morning and night. Been pretty good about keeping the skies rebel free. If i find ANY rebels, they die. When ostat logs in and finds me, i die.

.............. Yup go into deepspace for first time and nothing but gunboats. No singles, or any real ppl to pvp with I think I might have to join the server that has all the piloting
