Thread: having trouble getting trained

can anyone tell me what does it take to get training from these npc's? i have been caped in xp for days and all the trainers keep telling me i dont have enough experiance to train. and i have been doing mission after mission to get it too.....
csr's wont answer tickets...
btw...tring to train in teir two imperial pilot

What faction are you? ...Imperial, got that part
What planet did you start on?
What skills do you have so far?
Where is the NPC trainer to whom you are talkng located (planet/city/building/room) and what species and what name is (s)he?
Hopefully from that we'll be able to track down what is happening to you and what you can do to fix the issue.

the npc was LT. something not sure of the name. but he was human, about 75 metters from the starport.....in a guild hall

OK, so you pickup all your Tier 1 boxes (1st one free, the other 3 at 7500 exp a pop) and then your first trainer should have either
1) sent you on a plot mission and then sent you on Duty missions until you had the exp to train and then trained you or
2) sent you to another trainer who would do all of that ^^ - plot mission, duties until you have the exp, then a new skill box.
I'm afraid I did not run Storm Squadron, but maybe someone that has done it could tell us whether Lt. Akal Colzet of Bestine, Tatooine (1110, -3514) (Pilot FAQs, lotsa good info) is also your tier 2 trainer, or if not, where your tier 2 trainer is located.

Just to be clear, piloting is not like a normal profession. You cannot just vistit any trainer that's close to get your skill. Your trainer is fixed for each level of skills and when you finish a tier, they WILL tell you where to go next. You can't just zip through the dialog boxes, there's actually useful info in them sometimes.

You have to go see your new trainer. I'm not familiar with his name, but you'll find him in the Capital building. As soon as you get into the central area, go right. When you hit that wall, turn right again and walk up those stairs. He's in the same room with Victor, if you're familiar with the Election quest.
