got home from a half-day at school and in about 12 hours made 2 million xp, and got 2 tier 4 skills 
/bmoc self
deathwatch spot on endor and then when that got overrun with peeps i'd hyper to alliance station 2 on dantooine and killed the yt-1300 "imperial spy" there over and over
i'm a neutral pilot with a mega decked out rhixyn (or whatever) ship (i have 5k mass left on it)

You can cut that time in half if you go to Dathomir Sector 4. 6000-8000 xp ships are plentiful there. 1 million about every three hours not including any trips to surface you might take for loot drops, repairs, etc.
