Thread: is the lord cyssk quest the single hardest quest?

Just wondering since i am on the verge of fighting him in space...some tell me that you need a full group of 8 to complete...what are your thoughts?

I did it solo (twice, cause it bugged on first attempt).


It's the hardest space mission, in my opinion.

Hmm, personally I find the Tier 5 Ghrag gunboat duty from the CPG Veteran YT-1300 harder and that took me a while to complete on my own.

I would say yes this is the toughest space quest.


First mistake I would say is flying Actis/Belbulab types as I have seen a full team of 8 getting atomised using those.


Something Heavy duty is probably gonna give you a higher succes chance, in my case I used the B-wing and have soloed it in this ship.


Have a clear plan of how you are gonna tackle the mission and get your wingmates up to speed on what you want them to do.

I used an Actis, no missiles and no countermeasures to be honest (soloed it twice).

Me and Higgins did it in Actis', quite fun.

Having soloed both of these myself, I'd say the Cyssc mission is harder because of the timer. You can take all day picking at the Ghrag gunboats from the duty mission and solo it that way. If you could do the same with Cyssc, I'd say the two missions are a pair of 6s. But it is the timer that makes the Cyssc mission extra hard.




The Ghrag duty has a timer. Plus I did i in an A-wing so the timer really was felt on both missions. Lord Csyck
I don't find too much effort at all. Only those two Imperial'esque Gbs put up much of a fight. The Warlord cruisery thing is a little clumsy and those mercenary battleship things are pretty clumsy too. I must admit though, the starfighter NPCs in that mission are kind of quirky.
