I have crafted I dont know how many items now.. and disks seem to have quit dropping is this a bug

Mine seem to be patchy, I'll go weeks without seeing one (and I have 6 people bringing me stuff to RE every day), but today I got 2 discs, 3 RE jobs apart.

I've gotten 3 disks in the last week, 2 of them back to back. I've heard it said before that they sometimes drop in groups.
