Thread: Need some confirmation from those who have Jedi Starfighter(and are rebel)

I'm a little shady on a detail here. Will you be able to fly it after Vader gives it to you and you regrind to the box where you get the cert if you dont do the final space mission your supposed to after you get it?

Need to Regind 4xxxx to fly it, unless you are neutral, neutral only need to change faction on ground, rebs need to regrind pilot again
dont do the final space mission your supposed to after you get it?
No i never done it and always got the jedi sf, cause he gives it to you before the space mission

Once the ship is in your possession and you were the one to actually do the quests leading up to Vader's gift, you can fly it from any T4 box forever..whatever your faction is. You can't be rebel pilot though when you do the quests. So if reb, switch sides grind the quests, get the ship, switch back and regrind Rebel pilot.

Nice tip, to remember before you drop Master. Get a heavy Z-95 and kit it out with the best stuff you can get, even a Lvl6 droid. As you can use a novice ship you will be able to fly it, and use the programs. Trust me, i did it this way. This helps so much in grinding xp. I did master in 2 days, and that was when the servers were down as well. It's also advisable to generate your yatch as that's all you can fly to Kashyyyk. just get yourself sorted before going imp that's all.

That is great advice Kirk. I did the same thing... I had a Heavy Z-95 ready for me on my return from the eta-2 missions that could easily tackle a Tier 5. The following regrind to Rebel Ace Pilot went extremely fast... especially considering it was during a Double XP periold. The Master bonus plus the 10% Inspiration bonus resulted in me being able to complete the Ace regrind in approximately 6 hours.
