I dont think so, because if you were a Rebel on ground or vise/versa, each factons pilot trainer's would not talk to you before. So I dunno their ideology with this now. But I guess going "on leave" can be hte same as civi.

Still keep my Rebel Pilot?

I thought this was to be seperate from the ground game like they said. A newbie player can be neutral but have Rebel Pilot. Why does it warn me if I go neutral ont eh ground "resign from ground faction" I will lose non-neutral piloting?

Someone have an answer?

Short Answer: No.

Long Answer: To a Rebel Pilot, you must be a Rebel, even if you're On Leave all the time.

I thought you were able to be neutral on the ground but be an faction's pilot in space!

Was it always this way?

No, it wasn't always this way, it changed with the TEF and PvP changes a couple months ago. It makes perfect sense to.

Ahh, so it "did change" and "used to be" the neutral way.

Does this apply to all professions?

Imp Space/Imp Ground

Rebel Space/Rebel Ground

Neutral Space/Neutral, Rebel, Imp Ground

Like that?
