Hey,
Can't find him, he is supposed to me disguised as a Nym Fuel guy ha. Anways, if someone knows his coords, please let me know as I am stuck!

Come on people, I really need to know where this guy is in Lok. I can't progress in pilot until i can get the mission!

You'll find him in the building furthest from the starport. I think he's on the raised platform in the middle of the building. Don't bother talking to the one(s) you find that are not in a building. They'll answer the same questions but won't advance the quest.
