There are Tier 5 Ye-4s in Deep Space and Kessel. They're like a Lambda on Viagra.
As for Lambdas, they mostly appear in missions, so there's no "natural" spawns of them.

there is one in dathomir, can't remember location or tier though >_<
only know it's there cuz I useualy see it on the way from my hyper point to my hunting bookmark.
