Holy crap, nice regen. And yeah, definitely wait for better mass, and for Pub 24, then the reactor drain will go down further.

Not bad regen rate at all. Overall, it doesn't look like a bad RE. I could be wrong, but I believe I've seen slightly higher shield stats on other level 8s though, so you might want to hold off and loot more for a while. This should be a given anyway...waiting for pub 24 is your best bet in the case of any RE currently.

You really should wait till you get alot lower mass, My lowest post-RE came out at 25143mass, but I've heard some can RE down to around 23k. I've got a sheild with a similar Recharge rate, 18.9, but I'm not REing till I can get it lower than 24k mass.
