Ok, I've done the Heavy X-Wing quest, I am wondering if I can get the Royal Guard Interceptor and Vaksai?

I believe you'd have to drop your Rebel Faction Status to get the Guard Interceptor, dunno about Vaksai.

Is it possible to get all 3 reward ships? If its possible I need to get them now

well i got heavy x-wing and dropped reb pilot, mastered imp pilot. When i do mission it lets me do first few escorts and sends me to ground to talk to guy down there. When i talk to him he just sends me to talk to station and keeps looping there...i think it is bugged so don't waste your time

You can't get all three reward ships yourself. If you're a privateer, you can get both the Vaksai and the ship that corresponds to your ground faction, so long as you don't switch squads between when you start the quests and complete them. Space Imperials or Rebels can only get their factional ship.

So I did the Heavy X-Wing quest, then switched from Rebel to Imperial, and currently grinding Black Epilson.
So I guess I don't qualify for the Vaksai anymore? Or do I?

I'm having this same issue... I was freelance as a rebel, got the heavy X-Wing and Vaksai then switched to imp ground and still freelance pilot (although i changed my squad from CorSec to Smug Alliance). Now I'm getting the same thing of the eternal looping...
Best advice, I guess, is for all of us having the issue to /bug it so they know it's an issue and can fix it sooner
