In the end, weapons, equipment and shipsreally doesn't matter so much. It is all about skill and experience.
And there is one mission that you can't solo: Lord Cyscc. Those gunships are damn smart and fast.

So am I - well fast at least. Will give it my best shot, just wish my damn Advanced Xwing mish wasnt bugged - I have had equipment ready for it for several months now - argh!
Lord Cyscc: Is this mission after freeing Rroot? I just pulled that last night, but well.. near midnight, figured another day.

Too true ... my first mastery was Havok Squadron, and I bought a Level 5 droid. I didn't use any droid programs until I could use THAT droid, and I was simply amazed at the difference they made! Of course, I was going from nothing to all overloads at level 3, plus CtSS 3 (maybe I should switch that to 4, but I'm not worrying about it too much).

Or rather, soon as I get off my lazy duff and find some friends to finish the last step, Cyssc and I have a date in space.
Edit - I'm aware of two pilots now who have done Cyssc solo, I plan on adding my name to that list.

A screenie freezes me for half a second, if I start taking them I won't be able to solo him.
