Thread: Finished my last Ace. :)

Except for that one Tier 3 mission where you have to dock with a ship after 1 1/2 hours of escorts and fighting A-wings only for there to be a Tier 5 (I think) wild spawn right next to it. I spent so many hours re-trying that mission, too damn proud to seek out an Ace to help me with it. Eventually dropped SS for Inquisition but I'll probably go to Storm next now that I have a greater understanding of the space game.
Congrats on the 9 masteries yer bloody turncoat

Longest Tier 4 Mission: Smuggler's Alliance (Come on, guys... 2 HOURS of escorts against frickin' Decimators?)
The Smuggler's Alliance escort mission with the decimators is hard because of the tie aggressors that you get at the same time as the decimators. The funny thing is that the decimators are totally ineffective in attacking the shuttle you are escorting. They fly around out of range of the shuttle and spam the message "You will not be allowed to escape with ...". I found that they could be completely ignored and would drift out of range of the shuttle after a short while.
My friend got all shot up and had to hyper out, leaving me all alone with two decimators and a pair of tie aggressors. I shunted up my shields and waited until one ofthe tie aggressors was out by itself before I pounced. The shuttles shields were at 90% and it was in no danger. I swooped in and killed one aggressor while one of the decimators simply flew away. I withdrew for a minute and waited until the other aggressor was away from the remaining decimator. I was able to kill the other aggressor around the time my friend returned. Another wave of enemy fighters spawned as the two of us offed the decimator. We still had 45 minutes of escort "fun" ahead of us.
That smugglers alliance mission was physically draining. Two hours straight of combat is a bit much to ask of most people. I am really surprised that I got through it with just my usual wing man.
I just did this mission a couple of hours ago, solo. It was boring, but I was never even close to being in any danger. There was always only one decimator, so I always made sure it was dead before it even reached me. The aggressors were the hardest part, but they are not that bad if you just stay with them and keep firing, shield shunt if you need to but I never did. I love my Greivous ![]()
Come to think of it I was never even close to dying in ANY of the missions lol. This was MUCH easier then the rebel Phoenix squadron, which is the only other one that I have done. All I have left is the vette mission then I will probably try an Imperial one just so I can get another master badge for double XP and I really want a boltdriver to pair with my REd Borstel in my Greivous.
Edit: Btw, grats to the original poster, thats quite a bit of work! I guess youhave plenty of rewards stashed lol ![]()

Easiest Squad: Corsec
Hardest Squad: Storm Squadron
Squad with the most Tier-inappropriate neighbors: Vortex Squadron (You're Tier 2. Your waypoints take you past Tier 3 and Tier 4 spawns. How's that for suckage?)
Worst Tier 4 Exit Mission: Royal Security Force (Storm Squadron is similar with the key difference that you get ganged next to an asteroid field that you can use to tie up enemy gunships.)
Easiest Tier 4 Exit Mission: Black Epsilon
Most bugged Squadron: Havoc Squadron. (Finding some of your targets is quite a challenge--usually because NPCs have blown them away by the time you reach them.)
Longest Tier 4 Mission: Smuggler's Alliance (Come on, guys... 2 HOURS of escorts against frickin' Decimators?)
I'm hoping to rip through Havoc Squad in a couple of evenings of playing. None of the missions were terribly long, IIRC.
