I just aquired a prenerf level 6 engine and after reading this thread, i wont be REing it for awhile. Im probably going to be happy with 67.4 or more Pre RE, cause they just are to rare. Sub 9k mass post RE and less than 1300 drain will be alright, im gonna wait for Pub 24 tho to get the RED fix.
