i took a lot from this thread and made one for myself (i'm an Imperial pilot)

/groupchat I've taken too much damage, I'm heading back for repairs;
/throttle 1.00;
/hyperspace space_naboo_0;
/boosteron;
/pumpreactor; <--- increases engine speed, shield regeneration and capacitor regeneration so far as i can tell, so i figured it was the most useful when trying to escape
/pause 25;
/droid droidcommand_engineoverload###;
/pause 15;
/boosteron;

the long pause between the engine overload and pumpreactor is there because if you overload your engines and pumpreactor finishes, all settings will return to normal, so you much overload after the power spikes have been cleaned out
and of course the reverse shields could still be used if you can find some rebel and steal his chips

after some tinkering, i've noticed that pumpreactor never lasts the same duration each time.... in MOST cases it's either 15 seconds or 25 seconds, but one cause it lasted about 30 seconds... i will have to work on this macro a bit more

Note on S Foils and Attack Position (From experiance's playing Xwing and Tiefighter for years)

The S Foils do affect the energy transfer rate to the engines, but not just normal system, but hyperdrive as well.. X wings and B wings can not jump to hyper (at least they arn't supposed to be able to) with the S foils locked into attack position. The energy relay's are supposed to disable transfer to the weapon systems while the foils are down. now. i'm an Imperial pilot (as clans of X wing vs Tie used to say. real men don't need shields etc >:-D) so i don't know if this detail of loosing weapons fire is present.. but that is the classic reason for the S foils.

/groupChat I'm out. I am going toCorellia Spaceto get my ship repaired.;
/throttle 1.00;
/iffScramble;
/boosterOn;
/hyperspace space_corellia_3;
/pause 1;
/droid droidcommand_shieldadjustrear###;
/closeWings;

How about adding /waypoint; in there.. That way when you want to go back to the battle you don't have to ask for coords.

One of the Wraith Squadron books described the wingtip guns firing from the foils closed position.
