I recently tested that endor spawn. I think 20 KPM is a bit high now. I was a bit laggy and never got into a rhythm as a result, but I was getting around 10 KPM. It seems to be about a 14-15 second delay between kill and respawn, but that is with my lag so I'm not sure if that's accurate. I think most people will max out at around 10-12 KPM on a good day and no more than 15 KPM if you are absolutely perfect.
