When I wrote this the guide was for beginning pilots. At Ace asa PvPer I never leave home without rebel programs. I also use them extensively in my POB ship so my copilot doesn't get bored, and they're actually useful there. I'll leave it to another Ace to figure out how.

Looks like they did finally move them. A very quick browsing shows they're listed under Deeds > Droid Deed now, where they probably should have been anyhow.

Think yours might have a pre-JTL piece in the RE? I think I have hit the craftable cap at 12.0 secs. They are Mark V and quite heavy, but great for my Nova Courier!
