Thousands by this point. I don't really care if we get a kill board or not because right now I don't have much of a record to speak of. It's something like 2 wins - 30 losses.

I want an in-game thing, where you can /examine my ship, and see how many kills I have painted on my fighter, like all of the pilots do in the games. It'd be horribly distorted, though...might have to be a PvP only thing, to get realistic-looking numbers - you must kill thousands of NPCs on your way up Pilot...

I'd be for it if it included statistics that might actually make people better fighters (were you just taken out by a missile or a laser? How many hits did you take? Something like that.) and as long as that part were private info.
As for a public kill board. Sure I could see it being interesting to some people... but only if you can choose whether to show up on it or not and can only check the board if you agree to be on it.
I'm terrible in PVP, have something like10 or11 losses,6 wins and 2 double kills (funny when they appear right next to you at the station). I severely doubt my ratio will ever get any better than that as I have this tendency to send /tells before I attack combined with my framerate being cut almost in half whenever I'm in visible range of another PC.I don't particularly care if everyone knows I suck in PVP, but I'll fight tooth and nail for the people who do care to not HAVE to display that info.
