Sure thing.
Interesting that they you're required to open the foils, but get a speed penalty for it with nothin (g to offset itbeing able to use a weapon I don't consider an offset, more of a requirement).
Hmm, never thought about that before. Some would say that opening them wouldn't be a speed penalty, but shutting them, a speed bonus.
I'd ask what the logic was to giving the Actis and ARC foils, but no speed change, but logic and the design / implimentation of the RotW ships really don't go together.
So a lot of people seem to think.

If I knew that, I'd have a red name, and I wouldn't be able to tell you.Its established in EU books that the weapons can be fired in the wings closed, cruise mode.
