Thread: Is it worth it to....
i'm just wondering why people say to master rebel before doing this? i'm 3333 (no tier 4 boxes ground yet) with about 600k alliance pilot xp stored.
its not like i'm going to actually pick up any boxes in imp pilot other than novice and then get some friends to help me with the actual quest as i've seen a few people do. i don't see how grinding to rebel ace, dropping rebel and then regrinding rebel ace (even with 2x xp) would be faster than only grinding rebel ace one time...

buy it from an imp faction grinder. be prepared to pay a pretty penny though, probably around 250-500k.
maybe the grinder will have a heart and just give it to you though, i don't usually charge for faction changes, 5k faction is peanuts for a DS faction grinder.

I was first neutral master RSF pilot and rebel on the ground.. that messed up some quests for me.. like Secrets of Syren (cant kill the cruiser in the final part). Get a master Smuggler, who is a Colonel in the Emperial Army and get him to buy and transfer you all the faction you need. It will cost a couple of million. based on the cost of the faction the delegation penalty and Smugglie fees!
