So the commands that I get in my skill tree will already be performed by the droid but I can add programs from another class by having them program a chip for me.

My Alt is a privateer so I will just grind that character till I can program a chip for myself.

Hell back in the day you had to program chips for your OWN programs too - imagine my surprise months into JTL when i got a new droid and found the cool looking program interface screen which wasnt there when i programmed my chips and moved them into my droids datapad months before!
