Ok, put a ticket in and got a response...sort of. Anybody know if SOE uses overseas companies for support or something? This is the second dealing in which I've been lead to believe that the CSR wasn't exactly on the same page.

Don't waste your token respec.

Are you by any chance still under normal respec? Some folks were bugged and needed it manually turned off, I don't know if that was fixed or not.

CSRs CAN give you badges, so if your first ticket (or 20) fails, don't give up hope.

I had the same problem with the Vortex ace badge. I put in a CSR ticket and they gave me my badge after a couple of days. You heard right they actually did something.

I'm honestly not sure as to whether it's the normal respec.I recently came back after quite an absence and appearantly had two respecs available, I used one by simply typing /respec. If I am under the normal respec am I able to manually turn it off, and if so will I still be able to claim it at a later date?

As far as the badge I'm not only concerned about that, but also the fact that I'm unable to move on to the next squadron as the game still thinks I'm in Storm Squadron. I can however open up my quest journal and plainly see that I have the mission to destroy the corvette in the Kessel system completed, so as far as I can tell it has registered the mission its self completed.

Well I put in another ticket, and another ticket... The CSR's pretty much seem unwiling or unable to help with this. I put in a /bug on it as per their instructions. Basically they told me to /bug and watch the known issue updates... Meanwhile I'm pretty much stuck, unable to move on to a new squadron and get new missions. Have to tell you really gives you a lot of faith in a game when they basically shrug you off and you have to put in 5-6 tickets before you even get a response that is remotely close in relation to what you've stated your problem to be, the response of course basically telling me to sit on my hands and wait (which of course I have been doing the past two days). I mean I'm not the type to whine and throw a fit and complain spouting off "blah blah I pay monthly and want it my way", but I pretty much can't move on until this is resolved. I understand of course I could run around on the ground and play Jedi Wars Galaxies, but point is I shouldn't have to. Anyway I just really wanted to say I appreciate all of the help you've all given me in this matter, really has been a relief to at least have some people that try to help rather than spit out generalized pre-written responses.
