How did you figure this one out? I had tried it 3 times, and failed ( but not officially) the misson each time, because he'd only give me the same mission again.

It used to be only an issue with tier IV inquistion. But thanks to the heavy starters and the SW engine buff almost every patrol is "bugged" now.
I figured this out pre-rotw because I was doing inquisition in a prepped TIE bomber with level 10 engine and got bugged on the patrol. I could see on the forums that the missions had worked. What was different in my case? The prepped bomber giving me a much higher top speed then people should have at that tier so I figured I was outrunning the mission script. Flew the mission again at half speed and got to the next stage.
