Farming and vendor diving. I picked up a lvl8 pre RE with a roll rate of 74+ and one with a pitch of 72+ in the last week.

heh, yeah ive gotten a good number of my parts off of vendors. Even got a lvl 8 reward shield for 50k (It was even RE'd with full HP) not the best RE job, but works on the less mass intensive ships.

2 guildies ran it yesterday for me.
1 was junk 79 62 next was 97 63 66 63, back to gettin everyone of my m8s doin the quest.
