If you are going only for the cert for JSF, then go with Imperial Inquisition, not Storm Squadron.
And, if you have never done this before, yes, its possible, but not likely.
Also, I would say master it not just for the badge, but also once you have done that you will be on triple xp... which is 6X xp in double xp week... sure makes and subsequent masteries easier
All this , I mastered in 1-5 days crap, is a clear indication that it is too damd EZ to do. Aquireing ACE solo is not even a major feat as trivial as it is to do.

Trivial for you maybe, but I've been slowly working on it for months, still not done.

No you get double the xp in that scenario. 3x is theace after that.
