Have you watched them turning around if you joust them? I see nothing wrong with them having a high top speed. They are pretty slow to turn around. If you joust them, you can put a good distance between you and the gunboat. Look out the back window after you pass to watch it slowly come around to chase you.

I like them like this. There should be more enemies in space that are this much of a challenge.

What? That's crazy talk.

With the computing power of the day and the graphics capabilities of the day that film was absolutely the most amazing thing put to film.

The computers used to build that film were far less powerful then the low-end PDAs of just a few years ago.

Sadly this mission has been easyfied.

Good changes : The Vette no longer heads directly for the station, so you can't dodge the gunboats by exploting the code.

Sad changes : The gunboats are now T3 and come 1 at a time.

Although I think it would have been more interesting if you got a shorter escort job for disabling the vette faster, rather than deliberatly waiting. I think they just made it a timed job. And the old gunboats did need to be despawned after the mission, but the easyfiing seems excessive.

Now even I can solo it

Note the headline Lom, I believe you're referring tot he Imperial mission, which has T3 gunnies, not the Vaksai or AdvX missions.

Have to reiterate: Gunstar minus upper half of death-blossum tail section=Vaksai

I will keep bumping it untill a correspondent forwards a despawn request to the devs.

No kidding, those bloody things chased me from the Rebel outpost to the Kashyyyk station...

and BACK.

I had a blast, lol, those things are satanic.

I've soloed it twice now and really enjoy it. It took me a couple of tries, but that is half the fun. Please don't change this mission!
