Female Bothan, and I've never received a medal. RSF has been the only Path I've Mastered since hearing about the medals, and I do not remember whether I continued pressing the Admiral for an additional award. I do know that I can not go back to him and get anything besides a swift kick back out of Theed Palace.

My toon is female, no medal. Now that I think about all my freinds got them... all male. In fact they can get as many as they want.

well everyone knows that girls are horrible pilots, so that's probably it! 
just kidding ladies, please don't kill me!
hope you all get this issue sorted out. i never had any problems getting mine, and i'm a male char. so it sounds like there is a definite female bias pattern here.
