Wow... this must be the weirdest bug since the asteroids in the sky bug. People being perma-cloaked in space? Just plain weird. I haven't been to deep space in a few weeks, so I haven't encountered any bug like this that I could confirm...

The problem about bug reporting on the forums is that it may happen that various people will find ways to exploit the bug too. Best send a PM to Tomo or file a /bug ticket. Additionally you can file a CSR ticket to make sure the bug is brought to attention.

is cool, you'll get a helpfull CSR who will tell you to reinstall you video card driver.

Far be it from me to ask ignorant questions in the forum? I have never checked, but I will, does the combat log in the game work like it does on the ground? wouldn't you see if someone popped you? There never seems to be any pilots in DS on Intrepid, and the one run in I had once two shots and over.

Combat log doesn't include any information about space.

This happened to me last night and I'm rebel. In DS this happened and my only idea was the person shooting me was a dark jedi with cloak. They either cloak themselves before taking off, or cloak once loaded in space. Either way, it's not fun.

I've been hit with this bug six times in the last two days. Flying along checking for targets, and none around....then boom! Both in deepspace and out (overt). No tells from anyone, so...I can't offer any helpful information. I just hope it's figured out and fixed soon.

Any word on this Tomo? Space is pretty much the only thing that keeps me playing, as PvP on the ground is more borked than ever. To have some bug/exploit trash space would really stink.
