Other than the many credits or good parts I could get from my BS helmet I really don't see the big deal about getting one of these helmets. Am I missing something here? It is rare but it has never helped me kill a single enemy or craft a single good component.

As much as some people like crafting good components and killing enemies, other people like to collect rare items.
This particular item has been an annoyance of mine for quite some time. I am happy to report I looted one just 3 minutes ago

3 or more black sun duty missions a day, for almost a month now with my alt in RSF. Countless dutys run with Arcain, as Neut and Rebel ace, hour and hours of camping red sin spawn, nothing.

I have dropped factions when the BS grind has got me down and done new ones...
6 Ace badges (7 factions as I redid Corsec) and been doing numerous missions a day as well... My credit cip is at 2.7m and I started before I decided to let that grow.
I took my mission from the RSF trainer, and had it when the ships were coming 4 at a time.
