(my z is remaped to my JS and i hit it eery 10 secs lol )so it seems to me, u make one macro with the command, drop the macro in the hot bar and make another macro that hits the corresponding hot bar button every 10 secs . no?
Nope, sorry. Looping is not the problem, getting it into the macro in the first place is. You may Keymap it to 'Z', but if you macro 'Z' you will just say "Z" in spatial chat.

Hmm hmm ,at the same time, respond to tells from 2 different people, target nearest enemy, or target the ship in front of you.. pick one out of the 15 or 20 B wings buzzing around you, dodge the incoming barrage of missles, along with taht gaggle of 8 A wings chewing on your tail, have the wife yell at you from the next room for one reason or another, the family pet has decided to bug you too, and.... a..... partridge... in... a ...pear.... tree....

I DID read the post bunny, so stop patonizing me. But what im saying ehre is unselect anything then hit z, the first target that pops up is the nearest threat. however, If it could be macroed and i will try messing with it. If I get any form of sucess ill put it on up here

I woudlnt worry aobut it much.
Unless someone can find the proper arguments for the command, its not going to work. It could be (as hard as it is to beleive) there is no slash command at all for these commands at all. Not all command functionality was included when JTL was kicked out the door. Formations anyone?
I coudlnt get any /ui action varients to work except untarget, and thats because its an argument for the /target command which predates JTL. None the less, someday its bound to happen. I'd like to be on the scene when it does but ya know.... PvP is starting to lose my intrest anyway.

Get a decent programmable joystick, program both guns and z to the same button, problem solved.

I think a macro would cause more problems than its worth. For instance what if you enter a multiplayer dogfight...if you had a macro running to target the nearest enemy player you might have a problem if your current target got farther away than any of the other enemy players in the fight. Also what if you are trying to target a specific componant? I bet each time your macro assigned the new target(even if its the same one) you would also have to specify the componant to target again unlees you also built this into the macro!!! Sounds like a headache to me!
I dont use a joystick but if you do, I like the idea of programming a button on it to use instead of using the 'z' key. That sounds like the way to make it easier as it would be hands free so to speak.
