Maybe it's too early to worry about this, but i hope that this new mining ship is for ALL pilots. Probably will be i guess but i worry about these things 
Maybe we can see some other new ships too? If they add the YT-2400 I'll redo neutral pilot just so i can fly that

After some thinking the screenshots and other items look genuine. However I am still waiting for an offical announcement.
