My level 3's are around 17.8 if I don't have any failures which unfortunately is rare because none of our CA's apply to DI's.
You mean your Mark IIIs. Mark IIIs, level 5, are around 18 speed for 2.6k mass. I think mine are 17.8 or 17.9 speed. Mark II, level 3, are around 20 speed for 1k mass.

i bought one off a vendor for 8k with 1038 mass and 16.3 speed.. dunno if thats pre nerf or not..

Haha, I was probably the one selling it that low, as I didn't know any better when I first became a SW.

I happened to find a Lvl 1 cert at 11.2 speed and 480 or 490 mass on a vendor one day for 10k. This one had to be pre-nerf.

Lucky you. On my server, one guy controls the market of ALL but one pre-nerf DI at high prices. That ONE was a cheapo I found from another vendor.
