Yea, that's in-game, and it also says, in-game, that I get access to the ARC-170 and the Eta-2. That's not the case, since I'm neutral grounded. I was asking what I have access to as a neutral on ground.

look mate, u need to be imp on ground to get the eta-2 and rebel on ground to get the arc-170. u can be nuetral in space for either so all u got to do is change faction on ground. there are currently no neutral quests for ships other than the y-8 mining vessel. and the yt-1300 is only good if u have a crew.
