Same thing happened to me. I bought a Ywing and a Ywing LP last night and a level 2 astromech. Loaded up the Ywing and installed the astromech. Flew enough missions for half the xp toward the Ywing LP box on level 2. Logged. Then today, the Ywing is gone from my datapad. The Ywing LP is not in my inventory anymore. I still have the astromech and the xp from last night.

Clearly a very bad, overlooked bug. Unacceptable. And I expect to get absolutely no help from SOE.

Is this happening on any particular servers or all across the board?

Nearly makes me afraid to open my character to check......

When I lost my Scyk, I think I had 4 ships in datapad. When the Krayt disappeared last night, the Krayt was just one of 3 ships in datapad. I was told with Scyk to wait for reset, no dice. Still keeping my fingers crossed for the Krayt. The CSR said he attempted to restore my ship and I should wait for reset. And the CSR said "Good Luck". hmmm

Well, after 24 hours and a server reset my ship has not returned. I have lost a master-level ship with priceless RE'd components. The CSR had the audacity to close my ticket. I will not stop until I hear from a developer or someone with a clue that can restore my items.

i think i saw your X-Wing on cement blocks in the bad part of Mos Eisley, the rims and radio were gone.

The server was reset for the hot fix patch (which didn't do jack) still my x-wing is gone. 1 account has allready expired and I will not be renewing and I will be letting this one lapse.

I would have no ill will about bugs in the patches but so far since the CU 0play stoping bugs have been fixed and this one takes the taco. But the candles work.\

Eve-online is a space only mmo - very pretty, but not for the faint of heart as its a toy universe and policed entirely by players so player on player crime is encouraged...

It will take them time to get to your calls, there are other servers and players putting in calls for various reasons. They will get to you just give them time. If you placed a ticket and were told that they can't assist you then please submit another ticket. If you still get that same response let me know the ticket number.

It is official my adv X-wing is permenently poofed and no way to get another nor am I able to do anything the involves Kashyyyk and space. Welp I will no longer be paying $15/month nor will I be buying anymore alpha test expansions.

Im fairly sure the CSR's never actually 'check' the logs, ive got a ticket thats still open (submitted it a month ago now) and it has two comments and 2 replied (identical i might add, from two different CSR's). Basically they say they have checked the logs and there is 'no proof that you ever had that on youre vendor' which is complete BS.
