The NPCs are a little bit buggy, they do not give out the medals all the time, i have gotten no medal on myImp and Freelancer Ace chars. For both of my chars the admiral in theed is the one who should give the medals.I send a ticket a while ago and got a response from a CSR like "it is a known issue, but there is no work around atm"
