CorSec was my first squadron, and I remember feeling the exit mission was a let-down after the previous mission ... not that I MINDED or anything!

Hmm corsec was my alts first squadron, i only failed that mission twice before i got it. Only used CtSS and CO, but if you did it before they were put in game
would have been tough.
Only hard part was getting the fighters to come after you while the gunboats beat on youre GB, if both gunboats decided youre fair game it was over.

Lord Cyssc of the Blackscale is definately a fun one. The Tier 5 Duty missions out of Kash (there are several) can also be interesting.

Yeah those T5 duties are fun, but the fact that they are painfully low paying and bugged sours me on them. I can't bring myself to do them even for fun.

Two Imperial-style Tier 5 gunboats with missiles, one smaller warship with missiles, one Warlord-class cruiser, two Belbullab-22s, three ARC-170s, all Tier 5.
It's a rush.

it's the end mission for the kashyyyk ryatt trail. the one where you get the proton carb from Carl and have to save Rroot from the blackscale slavers and so forth. pretty long one.

yep
and extremely difficult ground work too.
basically... not worth the hassle.
though i've been told it's quite possibly one of the most difficult things in space to do once you get there. *Shrug*
i never did get THAT far yet myself.

That's one hell of a mission!! I've done it three times now. First time it took 8 of us, with the mision holder running away from the agro, second time it took 7 of us with the mission holder hiding. The last time it took 5 of us, but a bit longer. Rush, is an understatement. I was actually shaking at the end of the first misison. I have never ben chsed round space like that before, except by a player. That's the only time I would have more adrenalin I would say. It's great fun to do though. By far the hardest mission in space.

The hardest space mission in the game right now, by far, is the elite duty mission you can get from the Kashyyyk Space station after finishing all the quests it gives. Its a standard destroy style duty mission, except the "ace" wave of each section of the mission is Tier V rebel-style gunboats that chase you. By the last wave you have to take on five of them at the same time. Tomo and I managed to complete it together about two months ago right after the mission went live, however it wasn't easy. I would be very surprised it any one could solo it, unless they used bomber strike to take out the gunboats one at the time while just running away instead of fighting.

Yeah, thats my vote as far as missions go (that Ive tried). It was the closest I came to PvE death in many months. I reluctantly had to escape when 3 or 4of them were on me.
