I got someone doing the theme park with me, took about 2 hours.
There is a mission from Tattoine Space Station that grants access to the palace. You can get that mission before you hit 2222-pilot. After that you cannot get it anymore. But thats time you realize you have to get into the palace. Its not really a bug, but its not thought through.
