Two different people replied with two different solutions in a thread that was specifically asking for what you've asked for.
You went through all the trouble to find the NPC's but didn't even TRY to doubleclick on them?

You actually went through the trouble of finding the NPC's you were told to, and when you got there since they didn't say 'Smuggler's Alliance' you just stood there in front of them? What were you afraid would happen if you /conv with them, insta-incap?

Ok, so maybe the search function could have been used a little more, but honestly, have some of you never EVER just posted something or asked a friend or family memberin RL to get an answer you need?

I mean, really, its all there in the library, or city hall, or, oh, wait a minute you HAD to have been taught something to be literate.

Therefore, unless you were one of those idiots who didn't ask questions and sat in the back of the room, and your ignorance is beginning to show this may be the case, you flamers, or whatever, have done the exact thing you DON'T think this thread poster should have done.

Need clarification of anything here, Jeebus? Am I straightforward enough? Would you like to continue to fan the flames, or just understand that some people would like to be able to find an answer without the grief?

I believe at this point it's two things:

1) This question has been asked and answered many MANY times.
2) After being given the answer he never even TRIED the solution presented to him.

There's a very, VERY simple way to find an answer 'without the grief'.
Bottom left hand corner, search button. Yup, occasionally it doesn't work, but that's not the point in this thread. The point (as stated above) HE WAS GIVEN THE ANSWER AND DIDN'T EVEN TRY IT TO SEE IF IT WORKED!!!

Player asks how to load missles, someone says 'Buy a blah blah launcher and a blah blah pack. Do blah blah and you're all set.' Player THEN gets concerned because nothing he's purchased says 'missles', chases down the guy who helped him and asks the same question AGAIN (and here's the key) without following the original, clearly worded instructions he was previously given.

Infuriating, especially when it happens over and over.

Clear enough for you Ashtirael, straightforward enough? Can you understand that some people are tired of the same questions being asked continually and the responses going unheeded?

I think we'll just leave it that there are people who need help and there are people who are willing to provide help and then there are a#@holes like you who just like to get involved in threads and give their opinion even tho no one is interested and try and fill some deep void in their life by trying to make others feel like they are stupid.

Little advice. If you get your panties in a twist so easily when dealing with people, you might want to stay off forums, chat rooms, group discussions...basically avoid human contact in general because most of us aren't concerned wether your little ego gets "infuriated" with our posts.

Yes, because my post history shows that all I do is flame people. Funny thing tho', even when I flame I generally at the very least point people in the direction of the information they're seeking.

There's nothing wrong with being made to feel foolish, at times such as this it's fairly well warranted.
Perhaps tho', the next time you're given the answer to a question by those more knowledgeable than yourself you'll actually verify the information before questioning it. At the very least perhaps you'll learn to pay attention and do a bit of research for yourself.

Uh, this isn't my college entrance exam. The only research I need to do is look for an answer in a thread that is asking the same question I am. Yeah, pretty thorough reasoning actually.

No man, I haven't checked your post count. Is that something else I need to do before talking to you so I don't "infuriate" you? I don't need to research 1600+ posts to come to the conclusion I arrived at after reading your first post in this thread. Jeebus = jackass.

I haven't been made to look foolish, I simply don't waste time talking to NPC's that have nothing to do with my characters alignment. It's not foolish, it's called doing what comes natural after 2 years worth of exp with this game.

Only one being made to look foolish here is you since you take such offense when people don't follow advice that you NEVER EVEN BOTHERED to give in the first place. What are you doing in this thread? Were you a Smuggler pilot looking for BS missions? Where you one of the first 2 posters who were nice enough to provide the answers? Where you the one who bothered to clarify that in the case of Neutral Pilots, NPC's can cross factions? No, your the one getting involved but not actually bringing anything worthwhile to the thread.

Check the first two posts following the initial question: They answered said question.
Check the NEXT post following the two answering the qustion: You asked the question again.
