Because Lord knows BH armor that there's no such thing Mando armor as rare, useless items in this game berserker rifle.
well i think he's complaining there is no such thing as Mando armor, which is Mandolin (or Mandorean, something similar)Armor, which is what Boba Fett wore, and is complaining that it is not a rare drop. And that however, there are crappy rare drops like berserker rifle

The Firespray was given to all pilot classes so that BHers could have a firespray no matter what kind of pilot they were.
At least that's my guess: It was a bone thrown to the BHers.
Again, just a guess

For something so troublesome to get your hands on, the Firespray is incredibly sub-par. It's basically just a Tie Oppressor with 30k extra mass.
Stats I can give off-hand:
Circa 180k mass (Mine has 182k)
Circa 2900 HP
Pitch/Yaw Acceleration: 100
Roll Acceleration: 50
The only real difference between this and a Tie Oppressor, like I said, is 30k mass. ON TOP of that (I'm not sure if this is a bug or not), the WHOLE TARGETTING RETICLE sinks towards the bottom of the screen as you get close to a target. This makes hitting your target very confusing, as where you have to aim changes in several different directions the closer you get.
If anything, it would be nice to see the acceleration values heightened a bit. Last thing I want to see is the Firespray turn into just another expensive collector's item. Because Lord knows BH armor that there's no such thing Mando armor as rare, useless items in this game berserker rifle.

Because OMG Boba fett roxx0rz he's my heero and i wanna be just like him so i wanna slave1 to, k? sftu n00b the slave is to pwnage!!!!!111!!11!eleventy-one!!!!
that seems to be most of the appeal for those that have.. um.. "spoken" to me about it. I say "spoken" because in all three cases the communication was awkward at best. For a game with so much text, there sure isn't a lot of grammar.
They're welcome to it. It's a mediocre ship, all things considered. And a HUGE target. You'd have to be pretty blind to miss hitting the damn thing. As opposed to, say... and A-wing.
Gouge l33tdewds for millions on their Boba fett ship so i can enjoy an easier time blowing them out of space? Sure. Sounds good to me.
On a side note... the Opp has 150K mass? that's pretty cheese, considering the player I fought tonight was as nimble as my 65K A-Wing. I think I should be allowed to call foul.

I think either you are gravely mistaken as to what ship you were fighting against, or had a bad night filled with lag/latiency. The Oppressor isnt even in the same ballpark as the A-Wing:
(Tier 4) A-Wing: 80k Resources ~65k mass [SP: 1 Guns] 1 Missle[Spdx ?? Acc 40 Dec 60 Pitch 250 Yaw 250 Roll 125]
(Tier 5) TIE-Opp: 150k Resources ~150k mass [SP: 2 Guns] 3 Missles[Spdx ?? Acc 35 Dec 35 Pitch 100 Yaw 100 Roll 50]
I think you were probably fighting a TIE Advanced:
(Tier 4) TIE-Adv: 80k Resources ~65k mass [SP: 2 Guns] 1 Missle[Spdx ?? Acc 40 Dec 60 Pitch 300 Yaw 300 Roll 150]

the thing is, if you're going to roleplay as a bh, you should go privateer in the first place.. bh's didn't have an affiliation with any one individual in the gcw.. they remained neutral or to the side that paid the most money.. that being said, you can be a rebel and be a nuetral pilot as well as a nuetral and be a rebel or imp pilot... one of the reaons that i stayed nuetral is because as a bh, you should be nuetral.. that's just my two cents.. i understand the concept behind that and i really never thought about it... but, still, give the privateer another master fighter ship... as of now, we have no master fighter ship since everyone gets the firespray and the yt-1300 equates to the imp and reb multiplayer ships... and we have no fighters to compare to the reb or imp factions... if we had the firespray alone, it would at least alleviate it somewhat... and by no means am i saying to be a bh, you HAVE to be nuetral... play the game as you wish to play, and if SOE was able to accomodate that concept why can't they accomodate the concept that not everyone wants to pvp?

i don't mean to sound ignorant, but i just want to know
where are you getting this info? is there a sticky or something with the official numbers? cause i'd really like to know
(Tier 4) TIE-Adv: 80k Resources ~65k mass [SP: 2 Guns] 1 Missle[Spdx ?? Acc 40 Dec 60 Pitch 300 Yaw 300 Roll 150]

I guess I should explain this, for those of you that didn't quite get it.
It seems that some of the rarest, hard-to-get items in the game are worse than the easy-to-get ones, making them effectively useless.
Original statement:
"Because Lord knows that there's no such thing as rare, useless items in this game."
In this sarcastic statement, I slipped in three instances of rare, useless items: BH armor, Mandalorian armor, and the berserker rifle.
Back to the original topic, both for the Nova Courier and the Firespray, moving the whole reticle is just a horrible idea.
Boba and Jango modified theirs heavily? Funny, so did I. It's got one of the best engines I've heard of to date. I know in the movies, they didn't maneuver like whales.

iced,
well, for the privateers, this isn't a completely worthless ship.. it's probably one of the better ships in the freelance arsenal, not to say it's one of the better ships in the arsenal of the imperial or the rebel pilots.. i think that's what a lot of us freelance pilots are saying.. for us, it is a viable ship as the mass is great and the handling is decent, not great... better than driving around a rihxyrk or whatever around... so, a hard to get "collectible" ship for rebels and imperials is a very viable ship for the freelance.. i think that's why we, freelance pilots, will bother trying to get it...
