Thread: Favorite NON-ROTW ship

Right now Rebel is the only skill set Ive aced, so from that tree Im an old Bwing fan for PvE. The Awing is sweet as an engine with a gun attached, but right now Im in a heavy mass TIE, and the handling is just beautiful. I must say its a blast to fly.

Oddly enough, my answer in this thread is the same as in the other: the YT-1300. No, it's not great ship for PvP work, and it requires a crew to use effectively. But very little beats the feeling of seeing the character sitting in the cockpit as the ship jumps to lightspeed....

The X-wing is still my favorite craft, pre or post RotW. A sweet combination of speed, maneuverability, and mass (not to mention an awesome appearance), at least one always remains in my datapad.


(Did I mention I still fly the first X-wing I ever bought? It has less than 50 HP left on the chassis, but it can still kick some fighters around. I evenpicked up two PvP kills in that thing a couple weeks ago when I first refitted it with a level 6 engine, level 8 shield, and two level7 guns.)

My TIE Advanced, the winglets look great on that thing,and mine purrs like a kitten. It is by far my ride of choice.

Although my Oppressor with 3 missle tubes is just as nice, but deffinately is missing the style of my Advanced.


I am also working on my alts Krayt, Khrizah, and Ixyien, and my mains Squint. I really like have a ship for all occasions. Plus I really need to get my alt out of his Belbullub.

Plenty of mass, great looks. hands down my favorite. onceI'm a Master it'll probably be the YT-1300 but we will see.

Pre or Post RotW... no question... the TIE Interceptor is my favorite.

I still use a regular X-wing, outfitted with a RE level 6 engine, level 8 shield, RE level 4 cap, RE level 4(?) booster, level4 or 5 DI,3 level 5 craftedguns, mark 3 concussion launcher, crafted level 5 reactor, and a chaff launcher. I tried the A-wing... handles nice but not enough firepower for my taste. Haven't tried the B-wing yet, but since I have my X-wing set up how I like it I haven't felt the need to try one yet. BTW, I liked my first X-wing so much that I'm on my second chassis. With 3 level 5 crafted guns, it's easier to hit AND does a lot of damage fast with the right droid programs.

I have to say my KSE Firespray its great for all situations running 2 4400 dam guns and a 115 spd engine Y/P/R above 80 and weapon and reactor OL 4 with cap and engine set with OL 3 ...Throw in a few protons and im ready for SD solo!!!
