lol i actualy had two run in's with that csr in your first pic
1.a former guild mate use a an exploit to kick mayor from city and take over and destroy entire city
mrArnoldG responded that elections are part of game that cant do any thing about results of a fair election.
exploiting is fair play and indended game play?
second time i filed new ticket for same issue and outlined how csr ArnoldG was condensending and insulting and that he was standing up for rights of exploitation
guess who answered ticket?

his responce was im sorry if you still haveing problem with citys politics there is nuthing we can do and i apologize that you had problems with one of my fellow csr's not much i can do but ill keep this ticket open for my supervisor to see.

some people just brain dead few days after second ticket my comp fried still waiting fix it so no idea from what happened but see from your prob arnoldG aint fired yet they probaly premoted him for stupidity above and beyond call of duty.
btw you can do arc mission twice?

Right, so do other people with this bug. But check and make sure you specifically have the 5 Badges: Badge Collector (or whatever it's called) badge. Just tossing out a possible issue. Even if that is your problem, good luck getting CSR to give you a badge.
