mine came from the Tier 4 RSF duty mission to Endor, and I think I got it somewhere int he last 4 waves of tier 4 and tier 5 Black Sun Aces that came at me. So far I have gotten three of these Helmets (two i looted from Endor Space, one was in a travel pack someone gave me).

I stuck to spawns everyday for three months without getting one...
I'm doing Blacksun Tier 5's now but not as often since it really got me bored of space...

I kind of gave up...
