Yes, you guys keep saying per Ace, but you gotta keep in mind, the game calls Master Freelance, Rebel, and Imperials Aces, and gives an Ace badge for each of the nine Squadrons.
If I remember correctly, its per pilot profession.
To explain it fully, and still simply.
Master Rebel Pilot, quit. You will now have a 100% bonus added to all experience gain you make(space related only).
Master Rebel Pilot again in a new squadron, and quit. You will still have just a 100% bonus to all experience gains.
Master Freelance Pilot and then quit. You will now have a 200% bonus to all experience.
Master Imperial Pilot, and quit. You will now have a 300% bonus.
Each profession(not squadron) grants a 100% bonus for mastery.
So, you should only be able to get a total of four times what you'd get normally.
Little math for a moment, lets say you've mastered each of the three factions. You're now in space working up on which ever squadron you want to be your final one. You make a kill normally worth 1000 experience.
1000 + 300% of 1000 = 4000 or 400% of 1000
That's how it is. The bonuses stack, but only one for each profession, not each badge. Unless I'm mistaken, but I don't see why there would be one for each badge. That'd just get excessive(a 900% bonus means ten times the normal experience gain).

I have made Ace in the Imperial Inquisition. Are you saying the only way to get a multiplier would be to go Neutral or Rebel?
I am thinking about doing the Black Epsilon, would I get the mulitplier?
