Well at least we don't have to worry about ecessive YT-2400s in space... whew
I'm both glad and kinda mad.. mad because I really want one and glad because I was worrying about it being the only ship people fly.
Yeah... we'll just stick with 50% JSF pilots out there.

My 2 credits - I don't mind the idea of seeing one in space and knowing the guy flying it really worked for it,butI would be more impressedif that person flying the ship really earned it in space. Since ground and space are almost two different games, it would make more sense to earnany rare/cool space stuff in space.
Have to agree 100% At least finish in space I can see maybe starting it on the ground and ending it in space but a purely ground based quest is ... banthapoo.

i agree it is supposed to be Star Wars Galaxies not X-wing meets Everquest meets Pokemon meets Street Fighter.
its all supposed to take place in one (ok so a few) galaxy. why begrudge players for playing the game they bought with all the expansions. why begrudge a player for using the best ships provided (jsf included). why complain about a timeline on an MMO, a game that never can or will follow Star Wars because of live actions that people take. its a game. its what the devs provide. no complaining, forums spamming, e-mailing, or anything is going to change the game unless the devs see fit. so why complain about any of it......if we dont like it or dont like the way it is going or cant handle someone having cooler stuff than us in the game......dont waist your 15 bucks a month it really isnt worth it then i LOVE the game i just started again after quitting a year ago and when i came back MAN did i like what i saw
most of the problems from a year ago were fixedsure jabba is buggy nowsure there are too many jedi running around sureDWB and theyt-2400 quest are hard but that is part of the game we are being providedthats part of the challenge

going to go out on a limb and disagree here. We hear so much that there isn't enough tying the various parts of the game together; that crafting, fighting, space, ground, etc... tend too much to be separate games within a game. I take full advantage of the content when I can. I have a jedi toon with 100+ badges and 7 pilot masteries, and my alt is a shipwright and smuggler. I heard some of the same cries from the ground pounders when they learned that some of the quests in RotW required space action. I told them the same thing I'll tell you: I understand and appreciate your desire to focus on just one part of the game, but do not begrudge those of us who take full advatange of all aspects of the game the opportunity to earn a little something extra. I'll likely not be as good a pilot as some of you, nor as good as a ground warrior as some of the others, but those of us who are multi-dimensional should have some advantages.
I have to agree with you there. My ex leader hated space. In fact he hated me liking space. especially as his 2nd in command. Apparently, I should have stayed deck side to help the guild. When in fact I was in space helping the guild members who happened to like space and the aspects of JTL get what they wanted from the game. He then got borded with the game, as he had "nothing" to do. Where the space freak "me" is still here, enjoying the ground game (all be it the Avatar to which I have to fly) and Space. I will also be the leader of the guild in 3 days time once the vote comes through. It goes to show, survival of the fittest is the only way you are going to survive this game. You have to adapt, accept certain things are never going to change. Then, and only then will you start to enjoy this game for what it is, a game where people interact with eachother in a Universe that so many people like.

The YT2400 may have to become the YT1300 in terms of game rarity. I don't have a problem with that. The quest to get it is one bear and I haven't seen one of these flying on my server yet. Even the local Jedi only guild came up on a stone, or rather, bug wall.
