The gunboats are tough (durable), but they're not difficult if they're flying straight and level, or turning only every now and then. I went after one at 1211 Freelancer in a Dunelizard, and wasn't able to kill it before it jumped out. However, I was never in any danger.

If you have good shields and a powerful gun, you can do attack runs on a Gunboat. Just come in straight and level and as soon as the target reticule appears, slam it with gunfire. Take out its weapons, then just sit there and pound it. If your shields run low, just go out about 1-2 km and sit there until they regen.

In the Royal Palace on Theed. To find the trainer that gives the tier 4 Black Sun quests go into the Palace, go up two flights of stairs and enter a hallway on your right. When you leave the hallway, take the first stairway on your right. This will go up to the room that has the Tier 4 RSF trainer (this room is opposite that of the Theed librarian and the Tier 3 trainer).
